What’s the maximum weight and number of pallets you can take on an express van to and from Europe?

On a 4.2 metre curtained sided van, the maximum weight is approximately 1200 kilos, 6 standard CHEP pallets 120cms x 100cms or 8 euro pallets 120cms x 80cms.

If you require a tail-lift van the maximum weight will be approximately 750 kilos. This will vary from van to van.4.9 metre vans have the same weight restriction but can carry up to 8 standard sized pallets or 10 euros pallets. Pallets cannot exceed 2.10m high.
