Freight Emergency Service Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

The Money back Guarantee applies to all express shipments carried on sprinter vans to and from Europe where we have committed to achieving a mutually agreed delivery time.

The Money Back Guarantee does not include any element of consequential loss incurred as a result of late delivery.

If we fail to deliver a larger Express shipment carried on a 7.5 / 17 tonner or articulated lorry, the Money Back Guarantee will be at the Directors discretion.

First Shipment Double Guarantee

Our Double Guarantee

PRICE: If you are a new customer, we guarantee that we will price match or beat any price you have for a European road freight shipment.

SERVICE: If you are not 100% satisfied with the way we have handled your first shipment with us, we guarantee to give you your money back.


  • We reserve the right to defer the First Shipment Double Guarantee to a later shipment.
  • If the shipment details change in anyway, we reserve the right to withdraw the Guarantee. £1000 maximum
  • For the price match element of the guarantee, we reserve the right to ask for proof of the price you are asking us to match. This could be an email copy of a suppliers invoice for the same shipment or an email quote from a supplier.
  • The decision as to whether 100% satisfaction has not been given will ultimately be at the discretion of an Espace Director.
  • Changes to the shipment size, collection / delivery date once we have accepted the shipment may invalidate the guarantee.

UK Freight 90 Minute Challenge

Terms and Conditions

  • Customers will need to confirm to Espace in an email that they require the shipment handling under the 90 minute guarantee
  • Excludes collection points in the extremities of Scotland, Wales ,Northern Ireland and Cornwall. Central London and inside the M25 also excluded
  • The 90 minutes will start from when we have the full collection address, cargo weight and dimensions
  • For UK van deliveries only
  • Collection point needs to be open for at least 90 minutes after the full collection address has been given to us.
  • Guarantee is for SWB, LWB and Luton vans only
  • For “normal cargo” only. Out of gauge, hazardous and tail-lift cargo are excluded from this guarantee
  • Any specific requirements or changes to the loading address could invalidate this guarantee
  • Number of pallets stated on van spec document are for advisory purposes only
