Whats the cancellation charge if I cancel a load on the day of collection?

Many factors affect the size of the cancellation charge.

For a 1 or 2 pallet groupage shipment, it invariably is a missed collection charge, £20-£30. For a part load, it depends again on the size of the part load, when you have asked for it to be delivered and whether it’s the export trailer that has been sent to collect the shipment or a national vehicle. For full loads, it’s common for 70% of the freight charge to be claimed as a result of a cancellation on the day or when a driver is on site. Again there are various circumstances which will affect the size of the charge.
